BEATBRIX
Privacy Policy for BEATBRIX
Effective date: 11 October 2026
BEATBRIX is provided by harvexis. Privacy and support contact: support@harvexis.com.
Information used by the game
BEATBRIX stores game progress, scores, stars, coins, unlocked items, selected styles, settings, tutorial status, daily mission progress and saved round state on your device. These records let the game resume and remember your choices.
If you use Google Play Games, the game receives your player identifier, gamer name and profile image and uses Google Play Games for sign-in, leaderboards and Saved Games. Scores, stars and gamer identity may be visible to other players through leaderboards, subject to Google's profile visibility settings. BEATBRIX does not receive your Google password.
When connected to Play Games, the game can synchronize progress, settings and round checkpoints with Google Saved Games. A checkpoint for a custom photo or video round can include a compressed copy of the selected photo or a video preview frame. This means that these images are not necessarily limited to storage on your device. The game's save system does not upload the complete imported video or audio file; those files are used locally. Save data can contain media selection identifiers and playback/crop settings.
You choose the photos, videos, audio and words used in custom play. The game uses the files you select to create and play your board. It does not provide a public gallery, messaging service or automatic posting of your imported media. Device file access may require permission on some Android versions. You can decline optional media selection and use the built-in game content instead.
Saved creations and rewarded unlocks
In versions with creation unlocks, the game stores which creations you have unlocked, the associated coin balance, and a local saved board so that you can replay it without another creation-unlock charge. It derives a content fingerprint from the selected photo/video file or normalized word to recognize the same source when it is used again. These identifiers are linked to your game progress; they should not be treated as anonymous data. Unlock identifiers and related progress can be included in Google Play Games cloud saves.
My creations stores board information, crop settings, a saved photo or video preview, and references to locally imported videos on the device. The complete My creations library is not included in Google Play Games synchronization, but the current custom-round checkpoint can still contain a compressed photo or video preview as described above. Existing music selection records can contain the app-local path of an imported audio copy, including its filename. Video checkpoint references use an app-generated filename. A content fingerprint does not itself upload the full original media file.
If you choose the rewarded-ad unlock option, the existing advertising integration processes the ad request and interactions, and the game uses its reward-completion callback to grant access. This option does not introduce a new advertising provider, precise-location permission, or payment-card collection by harvexis. Choosing coins instead of this rewarded ad does not disable other ads in the game. You can decline the offer and continue using normal gameplay and editing features. Advertising privacy controls remain available as described below.
Advertising and service providers
The current Android integration uses Google Mobile Ads/AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. Advertising SDKs may process identifiers, IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), ad and app interactions, and diagnostic/performance information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and maintain services. BEATBRIX does not request precise GPS location for gameplay. Test advertising does not mean that all SDK data processing is disabled.
Google Play Games also processes gamer identity, service usage and diagnostic information under its own terms. Read Google's Privacy Policy, Google's advertising information and Play Games data information.
Planned integration: A future release may use Unity Ads through AdMob mediation. Unity Ads is not enabled in the current release. Before enabling it, harvexis will update this policy, consent configuration and store disclosures to describe the actual processing. Unity's information is available in its Privacy Policy. This notice does not constitute consent to a future integration.
Purposes and choices
We use the information described above to operate gameplay, restore progress, display rankings, remember preferences, provide advertising, maintain service reliability and handle support requests. If you email support, we receive the message and information you choose to provide. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Where required, consent choices are requested before eligible advertising requests. Where available, you can reopen advertising privacy choices in the game. Device privacy controls and Google's account settings provide additional options. Optional Google Play Games and media features can be avoided by playing as a guest and using built-in content; existing cloud data must be deleted separately.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until removed through applicable device/app controls or replaced by the game. Cloud saves and leaderboard records can remain after uninstalling. Google and advertising providers retain data according to their own policies and applicable requirements; we do not promise a single retention period for their systems.
To remove local game data, use Android Settings → Apps → BEATBRIX → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app. This resets local progress and imported copies; original files you selected from your device are not intentionally deleted by this action. To remove Google Play Games data, use the Play Games settings for deleting individual game data and select BEATBRIX. See Google's deletion instructions. Close the game and clear old local state before reconnecting so that an old local save is not synchronized again.
For privacy or deletion requests involving information sent directly to harvexis, contact support@harvexis.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to identify the request. Google account and advertising-provider records are also subject to those providers' controls and any legally required retention.
Security and international processing
Google Play Games and Google Mobile Ads use encrypted network connections for the data described in their SDK disclosures. Device and cloud protections reduce risk, but no system guarantees absolute security. Providers may process information in countries other than yours under their applicable safeguards and policies.
Children and regional rights
BEATBRIX is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use the game with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Age requirements for consent and third-party services may differ by region. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the game, contact support@harvexis.com so we can address the concern.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant authority. Contact the address above to make a request concerning harvexis. Provider-managed data may also require use of the provider's account controls.
Your content and external sharing
Importing media for a board does not automatically publish it to other players or social networks. The cloud checkpoint handling described above still applies when you use Google Play Games saved progress. If you independently record or upload gameplay, the destination platform handles that upload under its own policies. Before sharing, check that your recording does not expose private images, names or other information you do not intend to disclose.
Updates
We may update this policy when features, providers or requirements change. The version on this page shows its effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Where a new use of data requires consent or another legal basis, updating this page alone does not authorize that processing. Store disclosures and applicable in-app notices will be kept consistent with the features and providers actually enabled.
